Charger power is 64% sourced rather than imputed across 913 stations — unusually good coverage for India, and the strongest supply data in this dataset. 77% of this state's cells are classified urban. That is a land-use measure from OpenStreetMap, not an administrative one: it reflects how much of the state has been mapped as built-up, which is not the same as how much is densely settled. It does not show the whole-village tagging pattern that inflates this figure elsewhere in this dataset. Private and captive chargers are invisible to every public source. Treat this as a starting point for enquiry, never as a basis for committing capital.
